  1. Actually flashing isn’t Illegal it is simply against Microsofts Terms of service.

Copying games that you don’t own however is illegal.

Search locally for someone to do the work for you. Craigslist is good for that.

  2. well i hope you know that flashing your xbox is illegal and if you need to change your disc drive there is a legal way to do this. me personnel i just don’t trust it but i might be wrong. You should do some research on the matter.

  3. Kaiser is incorrect, there’s no such thing as legal back-ups of media whether you own an original or not. That’s a common mistake.

Therefore, the other poster is correct, it’s 100% illegal – as such you need to ask yourself whether or not you want to trust someone who’s advertising an illegal transaction. I would say no.

Consider this, how many good friends do you have, how many good friends do they have? Think of how easy it would be for you to set up an eBay account today and ask a few dozen friends and their dozen friends to pump you up with positive feedback.

Seriously, if you’re going to trust feedback do a little research, pick out 25 or 30 names and find out how much shopping they actually do. You might find they only ever “bought” one item or perhaps you’ll the see the same 7 to 10 names intermixing with one another.

    Proceed with caution

    =(
